there looking good, happy they went to a good home, they really love frozen spirulina brine shrimp from petsmart, they eat loads of it till they look like there going to pop, the smaller one looks more black in these couple days he's been gone, take care of them and hopefully they breed for you, im going to start trying to raise my picasso fry soon and let you know how it goes, very nice fish everyone!!!

Thanks! Yeah I'm surprised how quick it is developing the black coloration. He actually has a lot more black now than in the photos. I've been feeding them a mixture of rod's food, flake food, and spectrum pellets.

cool glad you liked them, everyone thats asks about the fry, i will let you know when im succesful getting the fry pass the meta stage, thanks!!

oceancube78...can you post pic of the parents?
sorry i dont own the parents, i just had several sets of picasso's, i was trying to start breeding, but my house got full of alot of tanks fast so i had to sell off 2 pairs now i only have one pair and they are mating now, doing alot of reading and trying to learn a little more b4 i try it, getting the feeding part will be hard but i got a supplier about 2 blocks down so it shouldn't b a problem,,thanks

I have a mated pair of these also, anyone know what they will host most readily in? I am planning on a RBTA since it is kinda a skew off of the percula and they are likely to host in it. Any opinions?
