Thanks. I wanted an arch that made it look like the corals were "floating" without having to use rock. I ended up using PVC. As the corals grow out and cover the PVC it's starting to look like how I had envisioned it!!
 
Awesome! I'm planning a peninsula too. Do you have pics of your plumbing? I'm curious to see how you did your return plumbing.

I was lucky in that on the other side of the wall the tank is on is a small storage closet (in the garage) that I converted into what my wife has dubbed "my coral lab" LOL!! I used my old 100 gallon to build a custom sump that has a spot for frags.

In the top left corner of the pic is a 25 gallon plexiglas (online with the display) I plan to turn into a macro algae reef this summer.

I also run carbon and GFO.

I also built my own electrical control box. I can switch components on and off separately as needed. The plumbing is color coded: blue for saltwater supply, yellow for electrical conduit.
