I recently bought a striped hermit crab with a shell about the size of a quarter, and my pistol has NO IDEA what to do about it. He's dealt with two bean-sized red leg hermits before, usually using them as materials for his tunnel and then freaking out when they move. This one, though, he can't figure out. It's too large for him to really move, but it keeps wandering past his tunnel. He'll sneak up, shoot it a couple of times, hide, and then get all confused why it's still wandering around. The hermit either doesn't notice or doesn't care... Shell must be too thick.
