FWIW when my turbos reproduced it was them puffing white clouds into the tank (sperm) and then laying eggs never saw webbing like that during the whole process. I think there is something else going on because this does not seem like turbo snail spawning to me.

Tectus breed in that way.

Strombus and turbos lay eggs as far as I have watched in my aquariums

By Tectus, I'm assuming you mean these? (link below) From the description in the write up it kind of sounds like a puff of smoke and a release of eggs too. I wouldn't expect this to look like the pictures above, but I guess anything is possible.

Now will have to see what kind of snails the OP actually does have in his tank.

What is this thing? I was shining my touch in the tank and i saw couple of these things poking out the rocks looks like worms and they disappear back in the rock when the light is on

Cyanobacteria most likely. This doesn't always have to be that maroon/burgundy color were all used to.

I have white dots on the back wall of my tank and on my power heads. Can't get a shot of the back wall but I will try with the power heads but probably won't be great quality. Any ideas?
