Think I found out. Looks like pineapple sponges.
I've had my tank up for about 10 months. These white things started showing up on the rocks. They seem to be multiplying around my tank. I've included 3 pictures to demonstrate.
I would really like to know what this is and to be sure it's not going to take over my tank.

this was in one of my coral that I just bought and was acclimating.
Is it a bristle worm and should I keep it out of the display tank
I just noticed this sort of shiny item with a black speck inside. It's near the base of this zoa frag I got about a week ago.
