Pix & ID: Critters that come in your rocks: the good and the bad.

That's awesome, thank you. I also seem to have a brittle start in there too, but I can't be sure as its hiding away mostly.

This is what I think is a star - it's got several long arms but it never comes fully out of the rock, seems to be most active in the morning.

I've had my tank set up for a while and just noticed this snail looking animal. There's a "hard" spot on top. Not sure if it's a shell or not, definitely to clearly distinct shell like I'm used to seeing. Just want to know what it is and of its safe.

Can anybody tell me what these are? And if they are bad or good?
They are all over in our sump
Thank you for your help

Hoping for some IDs please. This tank is just setup so I am hoping some stuff survives! What are my chances?

What type of crab are they? (now in sump)

ID please

Not sure what this is, or even if it is alive?

?

Thanks :)

Bad, would assume it is some sort of Mithrax crab. Black claws and hairy legs are no good (most of the time) for a reef.

If you can, grab the snail and put it in a small Tupperware container full of water. Take some more pictures of it. (different angles)
