I experienced the same situation. I ordered expecting it to be delivered quickly. The processing delay really impacted total order-to-door time. I also did not receive any type of confirmation email upon ordering; even an automated response to say the order was received. I did receive an email from the owner when I became concerned after about two days. All in all, I will hesitate to order again and will also hesitate to recommend them. Feel bad saying this but just being honest.

I took advantage of the 10% black friday sale. Ordered new t5 retro kit. Got a shipping confirmation a day or so later. Got my product in the mail in about 5 business days. 0$ shipping expense.
Second time ordering from this company. No problems. Hoping the wife took advantage of the 10% discount on the Vortech for Christmas.
Of course, I'm not generally one to need to call the company shortly after placing the order for internet purchases. If I absolutely have to have something quick, I will go to the LFS.
So far, I would say my experience has been satisfactory.

I received my confirmation of order shipment after the order was alreayd at my house, what's the point in that? anyway i did get the correct order, so i guess that's good....
