better but the chalk bass and royal gramma are likely to have an "issue". Order is fine

Ok I'll be sure to keep an eye on things, trying to help guide my students' selection of livestock for their classroom reef tanks. Thanks for the assistance.
Well, they will be more "secure" if added concurrently.
40b
20g sump
50 lbs LR, 60 lbs live sand
-Firefish (introducing first)
-2 occ. clowns
-flame angel or coral beauty would prefer a larger tank as they graze on algae (70 gallons is normally suggested)
-ywg/pistol shrimp
-royal gramma
-flasher wrasse as these are very active fish, would do better in a larger tank
Not sure if my tank is big enough for either of the dwarf angels, or if there is enough room for a flasher wrasse. Thanks!
Ok, still planning out the stock list for my 55g. I've been letting my wife find some fish she'd like, and want to vet those choices and ask for suggested stocking numbers and order.
* Spotted Cardinalfish (probably 3, hopefully first)
* Carpenter's Flasher Wrasse marginal in this sized tank due to activity level
* Tail Spot Blenny
* Clown Goby, Citrinis
* Neon Blue Goby short lived but should not impact the clown goby
I know multiple gobies is tricky, and cardinals and blennies as well. There's a dizzying array of choices out there, so it's pretty hard to decide.
Thanks for your help.
Had a chat with my wife, and she's fine without the wrasse or neon goby.
Are there any concerns about order to introduce if we go with:
3 x Spotted Cardinalfish you mean cardinal fish?
1 x Tail Spot Blenny last
1 x Clown Goby
And is the number of each ok? I know the Wrasses like to be in a small school, but figured the blenny and goby are fine as singletons. I assume you mean cardinal fish; that number is fine. You cannot have two male flasher wrasses
Thanks!
Yep, mean cardinal, was too quick on the copy and paste and you managed to reply before I could edit
Thanks again.
fine except as noted
Ok awesome, thanks!
What do you think about mixing these Anthias:
4x Bicolor
4x Bartlett's tend to be mean
4x Tukas
4x Ignitus
4x Dispar
I plan on feeding these every 2 hour for 12 hours/day with a combination of frozen and pellets. What are the chances that will jump in a 72"x36"x24" tank with 4" Eurobrace?
Revised list
40b
20g sump
50 lbs LR, 60 lbs live sand
-Firefish (introducing first)
-2 occ. clowns
-agile or black and white chromis
-ywg or randalls goby/pistol shrimp
-royal gramma
-green clown goby
Thanks again!
125 gallon, dims: 72"x18"x23"
40 gallon sump
around 200lbs of LR
40lbs of LS
I have:
1x Blue tang(I know he will outgrow it but he is still small and I will either upgrade or sell when he gets too big) While he will get big, it is not a size issue but a behavior issue; most upgrades do not happen
1x Tomini tang
1x Maroon clown(he is a model citizen so far) When he becomes a she, she will not be
1x Six-line Wrasse(he is also a model citizen so far) aggressive
Looking to add:
5or9x threadfin cardinals(I really want a small shoal and heard these are the best for that) they will initially shoal, then pair off
1x royal gramma
2x fairy or flasher wrasse (looking at whip fin fairy wrasse or carpenter flasher wrasse, mated pair) whip fin is aggressive; flasher is fine, but the six line won't be happy
2x fathead anthias (mated pair)
3or5x dispar anthias
