1 ocellaris clownfish
3 green chromis three chromis will become one over time
1 blue hepatus tang requires a much larger tank
1 lemon peel angel
1 chalk basslet no safe for small shrimp
1 firefish goby introduce early as they are easily intimidated
1 pearly jawifsh
is this okay?

As annotated

okay, thank you, you are extremely helpful, but i also want to know if there are any corals or invertebrates that lemon peel angels wont bother?

All dwarf angels are not coral safe. The noxious ones are most likely to be ignored, but there is no guarantee. And to anticipate your next question, noxious equates to frogspawn and that family of LPS corals.

i will fix my list now without the tang and down size to 1 chromis instead of 3, would it be okay to put in an orange tail fiji and pink spotted puffer ? also , i wont include corals if the puffers are fine in this tank

I never advocate puffers for a variety of reasons including aggression and the fact that they are not reef safe.

Oh, I understand so for my list of:
1 Green Chromis
1 Ocellaris Clown
1 Fire fish Goby
1 Pearly Jawfish
Maybe 1 Lemon Peel Angel
Can you recommend some more fish for this 55 gallon?

I do not make recommendations for a variety of reasons; however I am always happy to reanalyze a stocking list if you submit the list in its entirety.

Fairy Wrasse
Bluedot Jawfish For long term survival, best if lower temperatures are maintained (72-75F) since they are collected in the sea of cortez
Princess Anthia If would not recommend this fish unless you are experienced with difficult fish and can feed appropriately multiple times per day
Pajama Cardinals (4 or 5???)
Catalina Goby requires cool/cold water as they are found in the pacific around California

Just starting, cycling a 75 gal. (4'x21"x18") 35 dry rock 20 live rock 80 lbs sand bed , 20 gal sump with reef octopus skimmer. 2- 1050gph powerheads
Ocellaris Clownfish pair
One Spot Foxface 1
Scissortail Dartfish 1
(ptereleotris evides)
yellow tail damselfish 3
Kauderns Cardinal Pair
Bicolor Angelfish 1

This is my total list, if all are acceptable how many at a time and in what order.
I would also have a clean up crew

yellow tail damselfish 3 may be worth the risk of their aggression because of their spectacular coloration. However I am always leery so for sure I would add these last
Kauderns Cardinal Pair must be tank raised and only a male and female will coexist
Bicolor Angelfish 1

This is my total list, if all are acceptable how many at a time and in what order. always most aggressive last; however you should read up on quarantine protocols
I would also have a clean up crew

40 Gallon Breeder

- 45lbs live rock
- 40lbs live sand
- Bak-Pak Reef Ready Skimmer

Fish
- 2 Percula Clownfish
- Green Wrasse
- Lawnmower Blenny
- Royal Gramma (would prefer a Gold Assessor Basslet if i could find one at a LFS)
- Flame Angel

Tank is 90 gallon FOWLR (and some mushroom corals) with 30 gallon sump with fuge chamber.

Current fish:

Pair of Ocellaris Clowns
1x One-Spot Foxface
1x Red Headed Solon Fairy Wrasse (aka: Tri-Color Wrasse)
1x Diamond Goby
1x Neon Cleaner Goby (I know that they, unfortunately, have a short lifespan, but I love the little guy)
1x Flame Angel
2x Cleaner Shrimp

Also: Large mixture of snails in DT + about 5 hermits in my fuge with the possibility of adding a strawberry crab in the future, just to eat any food/algae that winds up on the live rock rubble in there.

Intended purchases:

1x Green Mandarin - I'm just waiting to make sure my pod population is super-high before adding, but just to make sure; there won't be any issues between a dragonette and a diamond goby, correct?

I've also been thinking about adding a McCosker's Wrasse - Would this be pushing it in terms of how many fish I'd be keeping (including the dragonette) in a 90 gallon? Also, would there be any issues between this species of Flasher Wrasse and my current (male) Red Headed Solon Fairy Wrasse? Do you think adding him would be an issue with my current Flame Angel? The Flame has been very shy and peaceful to my other fish since adding him, but he was my supposed to be my final addition besides the dragonette so :p.

Thank you!
