Please help Id

can't tell. If you take picture of it in water then we have a better chance of determent what it is.
Regardless, if you anemone is doing well, I would not worry about it.

Thank you Minh it is contracted so i believe it is expelling waste but the last time i fed it was 2 days ago and it was krill is is normal for it to take so long to digest also the waste has made my water VERY cloudy

As Orion metioned, it's really hard to assess what it is without context. IME, BTAs tend to be messy. What I mean by this is that they spew discharge from time to time for no apparent reason. What you photographed could be waste or zoox. I'm not too concerned because it's stringy, which leads me to believe it's waste. Either way, it could be that the nem is processing old zoox to make way for new growth.

They also deflate and ball up for no reason, more than other nems I've had in the past. In short though, I wouldn't worry about it unless it remains deflated for more than a day.

How long have you had it? Is it adjusting to new lighting? What are your water parameters?

i am using Api water test
Ammonia:0
Nitrite:0
Nitrate:2-8 depending on how much i feed
T5 lighting 4.8 Watts per gallon one 420 actinic and one 14,000 k
Had it for about 10 days
Do you have any idea why it can make my water so cloudy?
Thank You

What are your Alk and CA parameters?

How long have you had the nem, and has it done this before?

has never done this in the 2 weeks i have had it
Alk about 300

CA should be in the 400 range
Alk should be 7-12 dKH

If both are high, it could explain the cloudiness.

The BTA could also be stress spawning, which is when it expels clouds of "smoke" but if you have noticed it happening, then it's probably something else.
