Please help with diagnosis, sick fish

Just got home from work and gramma is still breathing heavy hiding under his cave.. its going on 3rd full dall of heavy breathing but no other visual signs of anything.. all tank mates are doing fine..
Treated tank with prazipro not sure if it helped but he has not gotten any worse since 1st day of heavy breathing..
ANYBODY have any ideas whats causing it.. wouldnt brook or velvet shown other signs by now?
ANY ideas would help thanks

So its now two days into treating my reef with prazipro and the gramma seems more alert also is coming out of hiding more but his breathing is still labored. He is eating a bite food here and there but not much. I can still not visually see any signs of brook, velvet, ick, loss of color the only thing is labored breathing.. all other fish are fine.. im gonna do water change tonight then treat tank tommorw with another dose of prazipro.. any thoughts or suggestions would be appreciated..
