please help with quarantine

I have a fish store in Armenia and i am the first to start with marine tanks(the only store to have marine tanks).I got shippment from Jakarta 10 days ago and was keeping my fish in quarantine tanks with sponge filter and salinity 1.010.yesterday I chenge some watter housing 4 antias and 2 wrass.today they were laying on the bottom.please help.
