brianbigoats - lovely corals, really like what you have done.
However, I disagree with the "which bulbs last longer" malarkey.
On reefkeeping last month, tests were done on halides.

My original halide 14K unit is running 11 hours a day for a year and a half. Three months ago, I added another unit --> identical model, and I can honestly not see any loss in the older bulb.
I used to have T5's --> 2x24w & 2x36w unit on my planted discus tank. I really had to replace those bulbs every 6 months or so as the colours were otherwise visibly yellower. Maybe it was a heat issue in the units? I dunno.
All these SPS look great, I'm a total newbie, but learning every day - thanks to you all.
