Hey,
I am looking into keeping a SPS/LPS reef...
i already have my first SPS in my 90g. (encrusting monti... orange)
and i'll be switching me seahorses out of there current tank into another one (if things go according to plan) which means i will have this set-up for the SPS:
30g. Cube
CSS 65
Mag 7 return
Custom Sump/fuge (adds 5.5g of water)
40 lbs. of sand
Coralife Aqualight Pro (150w MH and 130w PC)
HOB Oerlfow
Coralife Aquachill 1/10 HP chiller
Can someone give me some pointers or maybe a link to an article i could read about keeping SPS?
what would be the best species for me to keep?
what should i add on for flow (cause i know i need to upgrade) (please dont say go BB and get a Seio lol)

Read all the Let's talk about threads for some good info.....

I would think a bit more random flow would help like a seaswirl on a CL or a SQWD or something.

Get you water parameters in line and keep them that way. Keep everything very stable and good flow is important as well.
