Poknsnok's 240 build

Great looking build!!! I recently purchased the same tank from GCs and am in the process of plumbing it right now. I will be following your thread and probably "patterning" after you! thanks, tolthoff

Thanks everyone.. Cool stuff Yesterday morning. I was watching the Dominant male and female anthias do thier morning flirt dance and suddenly the male forced the female to the surface and they spawned.. All the other fish and snails appreciated the breakfast!..

I was going to upgrade however I just found out 2 weeks ago my wife is pregnant. So the tank is on hold till after the baby(sometime in January) So what I am going to do is let everything grow and get big in my tank and then move when I run out of room, which will hopefully be sooner than later. Then I will have to plan for the 180 or 220. :)

I may eventually vacuum out.. over the last 6 weeks my nitrates have come up.. but the corals are growing super fast so Im just going to observe..

only real diff i see in ur numbers vs mine are the PO4 ur getting .01 and mine run .02-.05 Your colors seem more vibrant.

great aquascaping. what are you using to mount those corals? i don't see any cement or epoxy under the bases.
