I'm not sure how big they are, but they kind of look like glove polyps. But the gloves usually are linked together at the base. They grow really fast and spread out faster. But I don't think they are harmful. JMO

Clavularia species come in all sorts of colors..
I had some that were more feathery and the same size as yours (although I couldn't get as good of a picture as you did)

The polyps I just spoke of came with my Indonesian live rock as well.
You shouldn't need to target feed them anything. The teeny polyp size most likely means it feeds on very small particulate matter.
I think they are mostly photosynthetic.
