I'll try to update as much as possible with the busy schedule. The system is doing well so far. Made it through some blistering spells where the outside temp hit 110. Glad the cooler weather is coming around finally.

Yeah your not kidding with the temp man it got up to 108 in my neck of the woods. Very nice looking chalice. Are you planning on going to RAP?

I doubt that about having nothing to look at. As far as new fishies, there are a few in the QT right now. Picked up a couple of tiny Bodianus bimaculatus from a LFS. They were so cute I couldn't pass them up. There is also 3.5" bandit that I'll try to pair with the one already in the DT. Hopefully they'll get along

What's all this talk of doom and gloom??? I am sure in any condition, your tank still looks better than most out there, including mine. Of all the tanks I have seen in person, yours, along with Dan, Leo, Terry, and Greg before the recent issues are the best.

Yeah, it's tough to chat w/those pesky buyers around :lol: Gonna add the same wrasses (again) but this time I'm removing some of the more aggressive fishes. I witnessed my Bodianus masudai punk a recent addition (RIP) as well as some of his tank mates so I'm trying to trap him. Smart little guy as I've been trying for a few days and he won't go completely into the trap. I've also removed a Zebrasoma desjardinii which also had become somewhat aggressive. I also may add a :strooper: ... nah

If you are still trying on the rhomboids, add females only. The males just have zero surivivability for some reason. And if my bandits don't play nice, maybe.............

Yeah, I may only pick up females next time I try, last time I shopped they only had males. I also need to find some female flame wrasses and a male linny. While I think the Bandit is one of the coolest angels and its pull to the Dark Side is strong I don't think want to run a chiller plus I'm still too chicken. I'd probably have to get rid of my scoly, acans and micros right? BTW which Dan were you referring to in that list of [nice] tanks?

I've never seen any of my angels nip at any coral and I have acans and scolys. I only know of one Dan da Man

Interesting to know. I assumed that if an angel went in then my acans/micros/scoly would go out. I recently removed an Acreichthys tomentosus because after he ate the aptasia he started dining in my scoly and acan :mad2:. And thanks for mentioning me in that list but I don't belong in the same library let along the same sentence with those guys. I'm striving to keep a nice tank but those guys are waaaay out of my league...I'm still in Rookie Ball
