LOL.......I think my wife just turns a blind eye nowadays. I get my fish/corals and she gets her massages. There is no need to remind her how expensive those things are

Thanks FISHy! Most of them are from other reefers or LFS. Few of them I've had for over 3 years so I don't recall there anymore. They are scattered throughout the sand. Can't keep them too close to other LPS b/c of the long sweepers. Some of them can co-exist next to each other but I am not taking the chance

This is the biggest discussion between my wife and I when a new item enters the tank. "Where'd that come from?" "Uhhhh ... I got it from a friend who's breaking down his tank" or "He gave it to me for that piece of junk that was sitting in the corner of the room for the last 6 months". Ahhhh, the fun of it all. Then I get to live with her giving me stink eye for the next week or so. :rollface:

I don't do anything special. Have a bunch of Tongan Nassarius snails and a couple of wrasses that burrow in the sand in a different spot every night. I do get cyano once in a while. If it persists, I just turn off the lights for a few days.

I think the stink eye is too much work after all these years :lol: She just relishes the fact that I am still tiptoeing around her and she's in control

You all do know this also goes the other way with non-reefing spouses? I get the stink-eye too from the husband as he says my hubby is the sucking sound on the checkbook!

LOL..........I was waiting for the women on this board to chime in. But you have to understand, there is a HUGE difference between upsetting the female counterpart vs. the male counterpart :strooper:
