Poor mom clown died?

my clowns were doing great.Working on there 6 or 7 th batch of eggs,when mom just died,No marks on her.She laid her eggs and ate well that day,the next morning she was dead.Everone else is fine.Could she have over done it with her eggs?They would hatch and she would lay again in a few days?Im lost and sad.All tank par. are fine.

Although rare, but definitely happens, an egg can get stuck and cause an infection. Never hear of it happening that fast though. Did the tube completely retract after she laid the eggs?

no it didn't.i noticed it still out a little that night.The next morning the crabs had got to her already,so it was hard to tell.

Maybe it was her time...She was full grown when i got her so maybe...
