porc puffer bite?

mine is the same when eating
but soon as i stick my hand in he backs off

if only your fingers are in the water of course they look like food and the porc will bite it. but if your whole arm is in the tank he will ignore you. my puffer is really aggressive at feeding time and would be more than happy to take my fingers off but when i clean the tank he stays away.
