I'm going to have to disagree with the Tyree leg humpers in this thread and go with Sufunk on this one. Tyree has done much harm to this hobby through his creation of the "LE".
Now, everyone is cashing in on the LE craze, whereas before they would just sell their brighter colored stuff for a little more due to the rarity. Now, everyone's trying to create false rarity with these "LE" corals and setting the prices high.
A local chop-shop that sells LE corals even has the nerve to get angry with hobbyists that sell frags of a certain LE coral for less than what they sell them for. I've heard that if they sell large pieces of their corals (which is very rare because they usually sell <1/3 inch frags), they often tell these hobbyists that they can't sell these frags for less than their retail prices.
The whole thing has just created a system in which any nicely-colored piece is automatically either a "possible le", or deemed an "le" by someone and the prices are ridiculous considering the number of these.
