Added These two couple of days earlier so they still have to color up a bit more:

Interesting. You would think that keeping the po4 higher would result in brown corals.

Personally I'm finding what I think is the same thing. I have my nitrate at 0 (not a touch of pink on salifert kit) and 0.00 on my hanna. I believe my tank is ULNS but some corals are still brown or have gotten worse, other corals I find are too light in color. Very frustrating. I think I have been starving the corals.

true, but i get brown corals either way, just want the favorites to color up.
when i hit ulns ,older corals would not like the change & would slowly whittle
away, from the base up. ulns worked for me when tight roping the zeovite
method. but if you fall off...

Is the plum crazy officially a table acro?

Peter,it definitely is in my tanks. The branches grow about 1.5 inches upward then table outward and this is on 2 different colonies.High light and flow will help it grow in a table form which I believe is its natural formation

Nice purple everyone!

I have three solid purple acro: PM (baby of Mr. pluto), 30K, utimate purple monster (similar to plum crazy). But all of them are too small to show.

Here is my non-solid purple acro.

I'm of the opinion, and IME, not all acros look their best in the same type of water (ULNS vs other).

Agree! Same as lighing. IMO the easy way is pick your poison and stick to corals which looks best with it, there are SO many beautiful coral anyway, you just can not have them all anyway.
