Cool shots Todd. Your angel looks prime. Thanks for posting. How many potters is that now? 4?

Thanks, took a lot of shots to get the blueface's picture. Thanks for looking. :)

Actually that is my only Potter's now. I had a pair --- Semi emergency surgery + main pump failure = dead Potter's pair.

Todd, congrats on the new Potter. Feeling any better yet?

Thanks, when I saw it, I had to jump at it.

Thanks for asking --- yes and no --- yes because of all the pain meds, no, because any straining, (( or even getting up too fast )) results in a bad headache, and I get really lightheaded. Darn near passed out at physical therapy the other day.

I'm still rooting for your improved health Todd. After all, you've got a potters angel looking over your shoulder now. Two of them, in fact! ;)

Sorry to hear about your latest Todd. Get well soon!

Nothing. I feed that tank some pellet food for the clownfish once a day.
Guess thats a good example of why halides are worthwhile. Seems like you are having some very fast growth to me.

Thanks for posting Bebereef! Those are some good looking wrasse you have there.

Chris- lovely images, thanks for sharing. What types of montipora is the one with the green polyps and the one that your hawkfish is perching on? I like the depth of field and composition on your hawkfish shot.

Thanks Marc. actually, those were taken under halides. I'm not exactly sure why they have that bluish caste.

Cool shots, I like the dof on your birdsnest.

ChevelleSteve and Oldschooldino- thanks for posting.
Oldschool- Id think you are catching on quite well! What kind of cam are you using?

More from Losthere's tank. These Blastos are stunning in person.

The photos on this thread are great but I can not get those closeups and quality. The ones attached are fixed up on on picture project but still not the quality on this thread. I have nikon 200 can with a 18 to 70 lens and just use the flash on the camera. Can you suggest a lens to get better photos and perhaps I should get a version of Photoshop to fix them.

Thanks
Frank
