Lost power for those of you at work id call home if someone is there. My basement flooded sigh hope it comes on soon.

Power out in Libertyville.
I have partial power in Lisle My pumps, power heads, and skimmer are running, but my chiller said 99.9 and the cool light was flashing, so I unplugged it. Do you think there is just not enough available power to run the chiller?
Some of our lights are dim and our tv is not working. I called ComEd and they're not giving estimated restoration times yet, unfortunately.

Even if they did, I wouldn't trust them.
Last time they said within an hour, then within an hour, then within 12 hours, then within the day. It was 3 days before it came on just last month.
My husband tested a few outlets with the multimeter. I use two different outlets for most of my aquarium equipment and those are all at 120v, so those are ok. The others are at 60v (including the outlet I use for th chiller) I turned my aquarium lights off and plugged the chiller into one of the 120v working outlets, so now it's working.
Hopefully my power will be at 100% soon and all of the power for you guys will be restored soon.

34.99 per day but had a delivered cause I cannot get the car out of the garage
its powering return pump heater/chiller one tunze power head and reactor which feeds return from chiller,heater
oh the TV too but can't get the dish to fire up

Whole house generator was definitely the most expensive accessory for my tank. :hmm3:

Bartlett is all good we didn't even flicker. We must have power of steal we didn't loose juice on the last storm. In 12 years living in this house we only lost power 2 times

same thing over here.. the other side of my street is on another grid and they haven't had power since the storm.... Our side of the street ties into another grid, and is solid! Just like you, i've lived here 3 yrs and have lost power maybe a total of 3 times for 10-15 minutes total.
