PowerModule problem

Hey Jeremy/Jason,

Still waiting for my tank to be delivered, but have the PM that I got from you guys a few weeks back hanging from lamp tree above the stand. So I decided to turn the light on a few min ago (the PM can't have more then 10 minutes of use on it total), and two of the lamps didn't fire. I took the fixture down and pulled the lamps and reinstalled them and same thing...won't fire.

Any suggestions?

Can you take two of the known working lamps and put them in the two spots that are currently not lighting now? I want to be 100% sure it's not a lamp isssue first.

Jeremy,

It was indeed a bad bulb. Looks like one of the KZ New Gen's crapped out with 3-5 minutes of running time. That was making two slots of the PM not light up.
