Price Match?

I just received my order from you guys, but I just noticed I paid a lot more for my ice cap 250w than expected. I was just told by a friend that I over paid for my ballast. He told me that Ocean Encounters sells there Ice cap 250w ballast for 114.95 which was a lot cheaper than I got from you guys,

Although their picture is a little outdated but they said its "New Version" I am a little disappointed that I didn't get the lowest price for this unit. Do you guys still price match after one receives their package?
