problems since firmware update

Since I updated to the last software. I have had a series of crashes once the ph probe reading disappeared and the co2 reg locked on and turned my calcium reactor media to mush. Now today I have multiple modules added another PM1 module and a display module show up on the config. the old cal reactor module ph has disappeared none of these phantom modules can be deleted? I am unsure of what to do?. I can afford to have the unit run wild again and destroy my tank.

Have you contacted Neptune (either phone or email support@neptunesys.com)? What firmware version had you updated to?

I'm unaware of others having similar issues but Neptune is really who you should be talking to at this pint.
