Back up and running. Quite a quick process really.
Just need to put the case back together and connect it up.
Put almost the original software back (was 5.16 now 5.17) and will try the v6 upgrade again next week.

Upgrade to 6.14 finally completed without further misshap.

Only dissapointment was the the dosing reservoir level functionality does not work with the Operating mode controller, which I use set to pulse variable.

Getting the dosing pump working again took a lot of fiddling about with initialising it and the power board. Not sure what sequence actually finally sorted it - but something did.
