pump question help?

Ok I have my water barrals in the garage and want to simplify water changes. I need to add a pump in the barral so I can use a long hose to pump water strait into the tank. Is there a calculator avail for how far a pump will pump water? I don't have much hight at all to go just the resistance of the hose it self. I have to go 75feet

THIS head loss calculator will put you in the ballpark. I’m guessing the frictional loss values are based on PVC pipe, but again, it will give you an idea. Pick your pump, put in 75 feet (horizontal) and let it rip
