Purple Long tentacle anemne?

Any owners of a purple long tentacle anmone? hardy?
lighing? compared to bta.

id like to get one... so i second embryoguy's request any info you owners have to offer is invaluable to me... now my next task is to find one in my area... good luck with that...

I have one under 2x250 watt MH's. Bulbs are 10k aqualine b. Had a hard time at first with it but after it settled in its current spot it has done great. It is also my fist anemone and IME it has been hardy and easy to care for. I just make sure to keep stable parameters and its been thriving....

was it more purple when you got it? the one i saw at lfs was bright deep purple. as purple as possible.

no. it was a lil lighter when i got it, its deepened in color a lot. Im sure there are different types of these guys that are more or less purple than one another.
