purple tang with hlle

hey guys,
my beloved purple tang has developed what seems to be hlle. he has these circles around his eyes void of his purple coloration kind of whitish. i feed two to three nori sheets a week (hes the only fish in my tank that eats it). i also feed spirulina brine shrimp from Hikari, and emerald marine cuisine. i started to soak the food in selcon, vita chem, zoacon and zoa. any input is greatly appreciated.
