QT 2 fish in 10 gallon?

I am wanting to order two fish to save on shipping cost. Do you think there would be aggression with 1 female 8 line wrasse about 2 inches and 1 female Lineatus wrasse about 2.5 inches in the same QT tank? All I have is a 10 gallon QT. I have never quarantined more than one before.

With enough PVC pipes or other hiding places it should work.

Make sure you cover the top and also have a fish with sand in it for hiding. Get a ammonia alert badge so you can see when your parameters are getting out of whack quickly just by looking at the badge

Should be fine. I'm running a 20L QT at the moment with 9 small anthias. No problems. Just monitor for ammonia like Dmorty suggests. If the water gets so thick that the fish have trouble swimming, just do a water change

These 3 did well in 10 gallon tanks during TT.

Thanks for the answers. I ordered them today as well and a linespot flasher about 2 inches. Delivery Wednesday and I will update with some pics then.

No sand needed for any of those. Yes; make sure the tank is tightly covered, and also ensure you have enough surface agitation for sufficient oxygenation.

Thanks Hunter. Was hoping you would chime in. I have a small HOB filter with the sponge in the sump of my display. A small powerhead and bubbler with 5 PVC fittings. I cut a small piece of window screen to lay over the tank and just a few boards to hold it down.

Well they showed up at 10 and have been dripping for about 20 minutes now. Another 30 minutes and everything should be ready for placement into their new temp home! I will post a couple pictures later. My QT glass seems a little cloudy but all test are showing 0.

Well after most of the day in the dark I gave them some light and a little frozen food and spectrum pellets. All seemed to eat ok and swimming good. Here is a video of them eating and pics of their new home in a few weeks. The flame angel will be rehomed to a friend at the LFS soon. I have had him for 10 years now and he can be a little pushy with the others. Let me know what you guys think.

PS should I treat with prazi or cupramine or keep and eye on them and treat if signs of illness appear?

I always do 2 rounds of prazi, and I don't worry about ich unless it arises. And then, I typically don't use copper.

Sounds good. I will start Prazi in the morning and just monitor for any spots. Thanks as always guys! Do they look ok from my blurry video?

Yesterday all was well everyone stayed in a pvc fitting when I was around. Feed and saw all of them eat something. Yesterday I dosed 1/2 teaspoon of Prazi in the 10 gallon qt after doing a 1 gallon water change to siphon left over food off the bottom. Today the lineatus wrasse has discoloration on the head and back. Did not eat and the eight line and linespot are out and about. Doesn't look like ich so haven't treated anything other than prazi. I am a little worried about the lineatus to say the least. I am just going to monitor for the next few days.

All I have tested for:
Ammonia 0
Nitrites 0
80 degrees
Salinity 1.026
