Quality vinyl tubing

Trying to find 3/4" quality clear vinyl tubing for my water changes. Need around a 65-70' run. Ordered a 100' spool off Amazon, but the walls are thin and it kinks very easily.

They have 100 foot on their website. Pretty sure most of our reef websites do too.

Im thinking about using vinyl hose for the plumbing on my 120. Will probably get it from Lowe's or HD myself.

FWIW - I used to use the clear vinyl, but then switched to a garden hose with both ends cut off, without encountering any ill effects. A hose reel makes storage easy.

If you choose to go with the vinyl, if you take a heat gun to it, it really goes a long way to getting the tubing to lose its "memory". A real PITA, but it really does help to keep it from kinking, and make longer lengths easier to handle.

In the same effect I stretched mine out in the back yard and the sun did a great job.

I tried the clear tubing and got tired of the kinks. I switched to garden hose. 1/2" CPVC pipe fits in it perfectly and you can weld it with cpvc glue. Didn't try pvc but I'm sure it would work with the cpvc/pvc solvent. Been using this for the last 3 years and it's perfect. Just cut the ends off...
