Queen/French Angel Problem.

I recently orderd 2 angels from marinesgardens.com. They both were put into my quarantine, and when acclimating, the french began eating immediatly, while the queen never ate a thing the first day. The second day, I noticed something grayish whit on the side of the queen, it still would not eat. The following day, The entire top fin of the queen was gone, only bones, almost like it justy deteriorated overnight, that same day, it died, and now I noticed a spot very simliar on the side of the French, and he is no longer breathing, The tank does contain copper, however I do not think this is the reason, because my puffer, and naso have been doing fine, before and after I received the other fish. All parameters test normal. I do not know if this is a bacterial or protozoan thing or what? I have never seen something move so fast, and the coppersafe is not woorking. I gave my french angel a 5 minute freshwater dip in formalin today. Any experts out there who can help me out before it's too late?

Anything with the word "metro" in the title. Hikari makes something called Metro+ that has it and is very easy to dose.

Melafix is I believe a natural remedy - probably not effective when something is this far along. Don't forget the Bifuran or Nitrofurazone - that is most likely what will help the problem. But the Metro should be dosed as well.

erothromycin is an antibiotic - it is not commonly used in marine aquaria. Try to pick up nitrofurazone or bifuran. It can be ordered below. The red spots means it is a bacterial infection. If you fish eats, that good. If not I would pay to have the right stuff fedexed to you from fishy.
