Question about hypo?

Do fish get very relaxed under hypo conditions 1.010 SG?
I have a calibrated refractor for this.
I've noticed that sometimes my male clownfish will rest on the bottom in a corner.
But when I approach the tank he's up and looking for some food.
Doesn't lay there all the time,just once in a while.

I don't know if that is normal behavior, however, I can say that it is not directly effected by the hypo. Hypo is completely safe, I could only speculate what it could be but I am sure of what it's not.

The clownfish is probably just using the corner as a surrogate anemone

Probably right,Bill.
It almost seems like the clowns have lost some of their bouancy in the 1.009 SG.
Clowns will be clowns.........luv them.
