Hey guys, thanks for taking ur time and looking at this.
first of all i have a 29g bio cube ,witch is doing great.
I have 2 fishes, witch are Clarkii clown and a L/M blenny.
I was watching them yesturday and i saw my blenny "scratch" himself on the rocks ive seen him do this only 3-4 times. My clown hasnt done this yet. Is this somthing to be worried about?. And if this is ick is there somthing that doesnt have copper that i can just use in my tank with out messing it up? And what does is hole in head..or somthing like that?
well thanks for any of ur help,

You don't want to treat ich in your show tank .. that includes copper, hyposalinity or any of the "reef safe" meds.

Scratching doesn't necessarily mean ich .. and I suggest you observe the fish for a while.

In the mean time .. check out the ICH FAQ at the top of the forum and do a bit of research into how to QT as well as how to use hyposalinity in a QT.

Hope this helps.

There are plenty of posts concerning every "reef safe" medication (including ridich) that make it blatantly clear that they are not consistently effective.

Its just that everyone i have talked to said it works for them, thats all iam saying. You gotta try it, there is one thing for sure its not going to kill your fish but in fact help them. So good luck and just give it a try, you could be one of the people that has good results with it.

Kick ick, rid ick, i've tried them all and none worked for me, as i followed directions to a tee. That was a long time ago when i tried so maybe they have changed them up a bit, but i doubt it.
