Hi Jeremy,

I ordered PFO Casing and ballast with USHIO 10000K bulb on
October 21st on the phone.

You said it was out of stock and will be drop-shipped directly from PFO lighting. I was supposed to get Tracking Number thru email but I haven't gotten that email yet.

I spoke to you on 10/27 and you said you will email me the tracking number but I havn't recieved it yet.

Can you please update me on this matter?

I am glad to hear that they will be shipping it out today.
Although, now I am aware that it will be shipped, I would still like to have tracking number for my protection. Please send it to me as soon as possible.

Anyways, do you sell 70 Watt double ended bulb my Aquamedic called Aqualine AB 10000?

We do sell the 70W AB HQI, although it is currently out of stock. We would probably be looking at about a 2 week wait time on it.
