question about return the merchandise

here is the link of what i bought, but i havent use it at all other than just the bulb, i looking to get them return but today it has been 30 days already, i dont know if i could return them or not, by the way i would keep the bulbs, just return everything else, would it be possible to get it done? Everything are in original package, havent been remove at all. Thanks
