I got one wet, my fault, reguardless after I explained it was my only light and I had things in my tank that couldn't go that long in the dark. So I'm sending it in through their sep program, will have a new possibly refurbished light next week. They are shipping it out with a return label, so I can easily send my damaged unit back. They will see what needs to be repaired/replaced and I will only be charged for the damaged part/parts, the light they send me will be mine to keep.
I've talked to their customer service a few times, getting help with the set up(I'm getting old) and all 3 times they were as helpfull as could be. Yesterday I talked to Rob about water issue and he was as nice and professional as anyone could ask for.
