250g, whats this? How long have you had it?

Thanks DaddyJax. That one I posted is about the closest I have seen to an orange acro (well at least IME).

250g, absolutely gorgeous!!

Have had this for about 8 months or so - think it was ID'd as a a.pulchura. Was more of a purple with yellow tips when I bought it.

Again, the lack of nutrients seems to lighten my corals compared to the typical environments they come from. In fact, when the person who gave me this came to my place, they had to ask where it was!

The table below it in the pic is one of my fav's as well. Wild from Fiji, pink, yellow and blue.

that ecoral unknown.... pic as requested.... older shot from my frag tank

coral was in the middle b/w two halides with only the one on the left burning and actinic only lighting the right side

the coral didnt grow much and has since been fragged to stimulate growth

I also have this ecoral unknown. I've had it for almost 3 yrs. Never fragged it. Because it's such a slow grower for me also.

Kip keep us posted if fragging yours helped to make it grow. :)

the individual frag halves put down new bases pretty fast... but thats the only progress so far

the other ecoral uknown i had for only a day... i got a purple ecoral unknown from algaeblenny.... it didnt look so hot outta the bag and didnt make it thru the end of the day

(on that note, the rest of the stuff i got from him is doing really well)

i guess they cant all be perfect

Mine appears to be very much like this one, growing in a typical austera like patten.

Unarce - Nice - you think yours is an austera?

i've thought about austera as well...

in fact, Unarce's pic looks like some 'miyagi tort' pics i've seen (miyagi tort most likely being austera)

Never thought about the ID of this one;) My eCoral came from Sand Dollar. From what I understand, Atlantis also has it, but now calls it the Blue Unknown.

Well, I already posted the Orenji, so I'll show my other favorite. You might recognize it from the Table of Contents page of this month's reefkeeping.com issue.
