Rebuild and recovery of a dead tank

Here's my other Gregorian with its nightly closure.

Cleaned the Turbo ATS today. I'm liking the growth so far after starting it back up. Doesn't look like much until I clean it off both sides. Remember this is an over sized screen for my tank and I have two of them.

I swipe it down with the shim you see in the picture below and scrub the very top with the brush to help keep the water flow even across it.

And replaced the zip tie with a reusable one

Thanks, still figuring out what I want to add next. I think I'd still like a leather. I was thinking yellow Fiji but I'm looking at some really pretty toadstool's with long neon polyps.

The Fiji's tend to be a slower grower. But the yellow in them is pretty sweet. Neons can grow pretty quick, but the green, (depending on your lighting) can be incredible. On my softy tanks, I kept both.

Here's that poor corky. I moved it and kind of put it out of the way hoping that may help but doubt it.

I did pick up a tiny royal gramma. I tried one before in my 180. I never saw it again after putting it in. That was a long time ago. Luckily this one has picked a hole on a side of the tank i can see.
