Have to say that if you are feeding your fish, target feeding a mag is completely unnecessary. You will simply accelerate the point at which the nem will have grown too big for your tank.
over two years and two tank moves later the mag is still doing great, although I am currently trying to decide whether to pass it on to another experienced reefer since my new house has limited tank opportunities (everything is in horse troughs right now)
