Recovery Question

I recently had a temp bloom to almost 87 degrees my frogspawn, torch, and some of my zoo closed up. i added a fan to my sump and that seems to bring they temp back to 79 degrees. nothing died thank goodness but they are still slightly closed how long does everything usually take to come back to normal? should a add any additives to aid recovery or just let it do it on its own?

I would let it recover on its own other than doing some water changes there is not much you can do it can take weeks to recover.
