Red Birds Nest

I would like to know if bird nest require Hi light high flow. I am running 250w 10K bulbls and would like to place it on the top of my reef??

i would start at the bottom or the middle of you tank first then gradually move it up till' you find a spot where it can get lots of light and lot of flow

Mine do well with good lighting and low flow. My polyps do not extend well when put in high flow areas.
