Red caulerpa is becoming green

Hi,
I have a problem with red caulerpa aglae (I don't know its full name). It is becoming green. What is this ? What shall I do ?

Increase lighting would be my first suggestion.

I presume that what often times causes a 'red' algae with to increase production of chlorafil <sp?> (and therefofe its 'green' color) is insufficient light. I have had plants (long ago) go green only to return to red once the lighting had been corrected (by moving the plant, the light or changing bulbs).

A little specification. Green parts of my aglae is dissolving. I've found this today during water changing. This seems to be a kind of chlorosis
or something like Cryptocoryne's illness. Do you know what it is ? What shall I do ?

Give us a brief rundown of your tank specs, ie size and lighting. Do you add iron? Usually when red algaes loose thier color it is due to conditions not being good for thier growth. A little background info will help determine what might help.

I'm just starting with 50 l nano reef with four 15 V day-light lamps.
There are no any inhibitions in it except live stons ones and
unfortunate caulerpa. As to iron, I tried to add Fe2SO4, but result was
not excellent - water became very muddy, almost white.

Fe2SO4 isn't particularly soluable in sea water. Works better when chelated with something such as sodium citrite or EDTA such as is done in commecial iron supplements made for aquariums. Along with using a good iron supplement, I would make sure plenty of food is going into the tank to supply the macronutrients, ie N and P.
