RedSea 50mg Deluxe Ozonizer?

My RedSea 50mg Deluxe Ozonizer is reading the measurements cut in half. If I turn up the ozone mg knob the highest reading will read 24-25mg/hour, instead of 50mg. The ORP set point knob reads 236 when turned all the way up. Even my ORP reading has been cut in half and reading 180. I have unplugged it, cleaned the orp probe and nothing changes. Do you have any ideas? Unit is less than 8months old.
