Reef and Cockels...

Anyone keeping in their Aqu? are they worth it? do they do anything for the Aqu?

Grabbed 6 when out today off a stall, and chucked in the tank, all seem ok (actually more to check to see if i really do have a M Shrimp), but aside from this curious if they bring anything else to the table

Seriously though... i had to look up Cockels. Never heard of them before.
Do they filter feed?

Yes, filter feeders...

If they are similar to scallops (like Flame Scallops), those are generally not recommended because they tend not to last very long in our closed systems. This pretty much goes for anything that relies entirely on filter feeding, unless you are able to provide that constant source of food in the water column.

Will be interested to see how they do, though.
