As far as time goes.. I have never really been able to sit down and finish one in one setting so I dont know how long exactly. It usually takes me about 4-5 days of working on the painting an hour here or there. It also depends on how complicated the colors and shape are.

Nate really does AWESOME work. I can't wait to see the SH and the OSFF paintings in person. He has painted five "commissions" for us (all shown in this thread) and each one has been nothing but eye candy.

The seahorse pic.... I can't say enough. It looks just like "Big Red". Fish typically look like fish. Like, I wouldn't be able to tell the filefish were mine. But the seahorse.... I knew who it was as soon as I looked at the pic.

The decor of my office is going to be built totally around these pictures.
