I'm planning on painting a frag rack. Is there a paint that is safe to use in the tank?

Krylon fusion. Sticks very well to plastic and 100% safe once it's cured for a day or two.

If you paint the ouside, it looks like black glass. Or use limo tint from walmart, which also looks sweet.
