Reef safe way to get rid of snails? (Like w puffer maybe)

Hey guys I have quite q few micro conch snails that are in my tank. I also have a few larger species but the issue is that the micro conches breed like rabbits and their babies like to occasionally get into the mp60 power heads, ruining the magnet. I want to completely get rid of these snails and get larger ones like Astrea or what have you.
The tank is a 300 acrylic sps dominant with a zoa island and a few Lps . I have a couple cleaner shrimp inside as well. I know I can probably medicate with something that kills snails but I rather avoid it if possible.
Are there any reasonable reefsafe fish that would severely hamper the snail pop without ruining the acrylic ?
Thanks !

You could try a figure 8 or a green puffer fish. They do great in full saltwater (after proper acclimatization) and stay smaller than the reef puffer.
The main issue I see is that the snails are predominantly night active, so fish are rather unlikely to eradicate them.
A predatory snail or other invert may be more effective, but likely also more risky.

I have thousands of little turbo snails in my system and have so far not noticed any ill effects to other inhabitants or equipment. It's rather the opposite - they are very busy at night and keep algae in check.

I wouldn't mind them if they weren't getting into the wetside magnet housing but they do so they are costing me money lol

I would contact the pump manufacturer and tell them that their product isn't reef safe. Little snails are a normal thing in a healthy reef tank.

If it's really bad you could raise your magnesium. This will kill them, but remember this will cause an ammonia spike as well.

Use the foam filters for the MP60.

I did get the foams for them but the thing is they cut the flow significantly and i have to clean them every 2-3 days. The micro conches are probably 1/4-1/3 inch when they are adults but the babies are tiny, maybe 1/16

Melanurus wrasses are reef safe and will sometimes go after snails. The problem is that the wrasse could go after your other snails that you want to keep, and as stated above, they will be buried in the sand when the snails are most active.

I killed all my snails on accident by letting my salinity get too low around the .19 range
